Barking Project Barking Scheme is going to be our largest flagship project which is expected to achieve planning permission soon for 50 contemporary apartments over 5 storeys, substantial ground floor commercial space and ancillary car parking facility. Project’s expected GDV is circa £20m and will involve construction of a 57,000ft2 purpose-built building in burgeoning Barking. Site start is expected in fall of 2021
Norfolk Project We are doing a contemporary conversion of an existing office building Lovell House into 27 apartments in the historic town centre of Kings’ Lynn. The project commenced in Oct 2019 and expected to be completed in Dec 2020 which will also involve full refurbishment of the existing ground floor offices. Project involves many peculiar features including complete replacement of existing windows with new Aluminium windows. Project is being delivered on Design & Build basis to an excellent specification.
Grays Project This project is an excellent addition of 9 new build units to an already completed 17 units PD conversion scheme in a desirable London commuter town of Grays . The project involves a two storey extension to the Eastern wing and a single storey extension to the Western wing adding 9 purpose built apartments which will carry on the excellent work done on the PD scheme already completed. The works on Phase II have started in July 2019 and are expected to be completed by end of 2020.
Fairlop Project Fairlop Project involved a luxurious pair of bungalows built to very high specifications in the Fairlop area of East London . The project was completed in record time in 2017 yielding two high quality family homes
Enfield Project consists of a ground up new build scheme encompassing 9 residential units over two separate wings for 7 flats and 2 semi detached houses respectively . Scheme is being delivered under a Design & Build contract which is planned for completion in the summer of 2020
Great Cambridge Gardens is a modern contemporary new build development of 4 x 3 storey town houses of 5 bedrooms each finished to very high specifications and comes fully equipped with all the modern facilities and furnishings. The development is situated at the heart of Enfield Town and offers unparalleled living standards and ambience.
New Road is a pair of traditional cottages built for younger families in close proximity to London’s West end and Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. The project was one of our pioneering new build projects and proved to be very successful in setting foundations for our growth in this exciting sector.
Parktown was one of our most extensive external refurbishment projects involving 186 properties in Battersea area of West London which underwent complete exterior overhaul in a span of 18 months. The works included supply and fit of new sash windows, Grade 2 Overhaul of sash windows, supply and fit of new exterior hard wood doors, roofing and external decorations.
This project was one of our first office conversion projects and involved brand new glass partitioning , full furnishing , new flooring and carpeting changing a dated office into 21st century integrated working environment . The refurbishment was completed in record time of 10 weeks and offices soon became popular amongst the local small businesses yielding high occupancy
This project involved extensive full scale internal refurbishment to multiple properties in Greenford area of West London and was delivered by our experienced property refurbishment team.
Based on our sustained success of property refurbishment division, Evergreen Construction is now extending this portfolio of services to the local authorities and social landlords across Greater London and Home Counties. This has already generated good interest from the clients whom we have approached to service and we are seeking more listings on approved list of principal contractors of these local authorities.
